It’s Time to De-Stress

I understand and I will fill you in on how I was able to solve much of this for myself and why I created this 30-Minute EFT Session to shift your mindset.
My daughters are successful adults now, but once I was a single mother that spent my days juggling a lot of responsibility. During times of intense stress, I learned that sometimes going into a state of deep relaxation was very productive. As a hypnotherapist, I knew how to shift from being overwhelmed and chaotic to calm and confident.
I understood the power in being able to change my mental state for a more effective and fulfilling lifestyle.
This also helped me model for my children — and even other adults — how to manage the emotional rollercoaster of life. Later, I learned how to use EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), which can be a faster way to shift your thoughts and feelings, to work through hidden emotional obstacles that were keeping me from feeling good in my own skin.
Because these tools are such incredibly versatile resources, I want you to know how to do the same thing for yourself.

This is for the overstressed, overwhelmed woman who is juggling everything, not able to create enough time for self-care, spends every moment in some state of action (maybe even in a constant state of reacting to life), and who ultimately wants to feel calmer and more in control.
